We don’t and won't ever employ salesmen, we have no need to, all our door prices are displayed right here on this website where you can take a look around at your leisure, if you see a door you like give us a call on our freephone number 0800 781 3466. All our prices are fully inclusive and include the fitting and removal of your old door from site.
If you decide that you would like to purchase a UPVC or Composite door from us, give us a call and we will make an appointment for our surveyor to take measurements for your new door and complete the necessary paperwork to place the order.
The price you see is the price you pay including fitting and delivery, there are definitley no hidden extras!
When our surveyor calls at your home it should only take him 5 or 10 minutes to measure up, this is where we differ from almost all the other companies out there, we won’t make you feel uncomfortable in your own home or try to pressure sell you windows, usually we don't even have to come into your house in most cases we can take measurements from the outside.
There is absolutely no pressure on you to buy a UPVC or Composite door from us, if you do choose to buy from us you won’t pay a penny until your door is fully fitted and you are happy with it.You will be given a provisional fitting date for your door, usually within 10 to 14 days from placing the order, you will be telephoned on the Friday of the week prior to the fitting date to confirm. All our door fitters are well mannered and courteous, they will clean up and remove any debris left from the fitting, including your old door and frame.
How do we keep our prices so low? We don’t run expensive showrooms, pay commisions to salesmen, or have large offices full of expensive staff - All that would have to be paid for by you, the customer, we prefer not to use sales or gimmicks and keep our prices as low as possible.
Please note: Payment for doors is required by cash or cheque only, on the day of fitting.
